Position Overview
Currently seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing design projects from conception to implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and strategic thinking.

• Lead design projects from conception to final execution, overseeing the work of junior designers and ensuring high quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to develop effective design solutions.
• Create design assets for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering work on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies, and integrate new techniques into the design process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking.
• Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.
