We are seeking a
Senior Estimator/Scheduler to join our team in
San Francisco, CA. About Us AtkinsRéalis is one of the world's most respected design, engineering and project management consultancies. AtkinsRéalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low-carbon economy.
How will you contribute to the team? - Supervises and prepares construction cost estimates and schedules for design projects by coordinating and reviewing quantity takeoffs and pricing.
- Reviews and comments on estimates/schedules prepared by others.
- Evaluates project scope change orders and negotiates settlement.
- Develops manpower loading and provides corporate assistance.
- Supervises production of project schedules for complex transportation design and construction project schedules.
- Performs or assists with project constructability and value engineering reviews.
- Develops project controls for various clients.
- Develops, prepares, and recommends company guidelines on estimating/scheduling.
- May research, review and analyze data to assist clients with construction claims
What will you contribute? - Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with ten years relevant experience; nine years' experience required with Master's degree; or twelve years' experience in project control or cost analysis with an Associate degree
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a construction project scheduler in the transportation industry or as a schedule reviewer working on behalf of a transportation agency.
- Experience in Transit related projects is highly preferred, with knowledge of Transit Facilities, which may include Mainline and Yard Infrastructure, Yards and Shops, Stations and Buildings, Parking and Intermodal Access, and Transit Systems, which may include Train Control, Transit Power, and related Controls and Communication.

Expected compensation range is between $98,000 and $164,428 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location. Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
