Position: Senior Block Chain Developer

Location: Pittsburgh(Pennsylvania)/Lake Mary (Florida)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer with extensive experience in developing crypto and digital asset solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in smart contract development, blockchain integration, and a deep understanding of cryptography and decentralized finance (DeFi). This role involves building secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain applications that integrate with financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based solutions and smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain components with traditional financial systems.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of all blockchain implementations.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Conduct performance and security analysis of smart contracts and blockchain networks.
• Stay current with evolving blockchain technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize blockchain applications and smart contracts.

Technical Skills Required:

• Programming Languages: Solidity, Rust, Python, JavaScript
• Blockchain Platforms: Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum
• Cryptography: Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and implementation in blockchain.
• Consensus Algorithms: Solid knowledge of various consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PBFT, etc.)
• DeFi: Familiarity with DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), and decentralized applications (dApps)
• Data Analysis: Experience in monitoring and analyzing performance and security metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building production-grade DeFi or digital asset platforms.
• Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations for digital assets.
