We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a Hybrid position.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - Works with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
- Supports clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- Provides clients information related to BNY Mellon products and services representing a limited number of lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed.
- Monitors client inquiries and escalates non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
- Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Client Services experience prefered
- Financial services experience preferred
