Sr. Project Engineer Responsibilities:

Review customer specifications and requirements, and may lead a project team to develop designs to best support them, including cost as a key design variable
Provide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
Support and/or lead RF performance analysis (e.g., Instantaneous Dynamic Range, Noise Figure, Pass Band Response, etc.) and trades based on customer CONOPS and market needs
Establish and manage a technical baseline, including requirements management and decomposition using DOORS, Cognition Cockpit, or similar
Monitor engineering performance and ensuring issues are addressed immediately, and corrective actions and recovery plans are implemented expeditiously
Perform as an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Control Account Manager (CAM) for an entire project or a major component of a program

Sr. Project Engineer Qualifications:

Master’s degree in electrical or systems engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience
Experience or working knowledge and understanding of DOORS, Microsoft Power BI
Experience as an Integration, Verification & Validation (IV&V) Lead or Technical Lead
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Scrum; Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS)
Manufacturing leadership experience
