Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Overland Park, KS - Onsite

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Job Description:

Agile Coaching:

• Mentor and coach agile teams in agile practices and principles.
• Facilitate agile training sessions and workshops.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset across the organization.
• Provide guidance on agile tools and techniques to enhance team performance

Program Management:

• Lead and manage large, complex programs consisting of multiple agile teams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles that may impact program success.
• Communicate program status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.

Scrum Master:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and blockers to enable the team to deliver high-quality work.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other key performance indicators
