School Social Worker - Chicago Metro Area.

We are seeking out amazing Social Workers in and around the Chicago Metro Area who want to make a profound difference in the lives of students by empowering them to succeed and achieve their dreams.

SUMMARY:

• Develop intervention strategies to increase academic success.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as well as crisis intervention.
• Assist in developing positive behavioral intervention strategies.
• Obtain and coordinate community resources to meet student's specific needs.
• Collaborate and consult with other staff as well as provide training when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Valid School Social Worker endorsement.
