Salary: $67,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
• Current TS/SCI clearance is essential.
• Educational qualifications can include a high school diploma or GED with over 9 years of experience in supporting DoD environments; an Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in a security or business-related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience levels vary: Level 1 requires at least 3 years, Level 2 requires a minimum of 5 years, Level 3 requires at least 8 years, and Level 4 requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience. We are classified as Level 2 but are open to Level 3 professionals.
• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with SAPs or SCI in DoD settings, extensive knowledge of Special Access Programs, and be a certified Special Access Program Personnel Security Officer (SPO).
• Familiarity with JADS or the JADS database is needed and exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Employees must maintain their clearance and eligibility throughout their employment.

• I will support CSCI in the Springfield office by ensuring adherence to all SAP requirements, which include:
• - Assisting in the development, implementation, and supervision of security policies and compliance frameworks.
• - Providing support for clearance processing in a Multi-Level Security environment and mitigating insider threats while helping to implement a security education program.
• - Aiding in data protection strategies, managing access control, coordinating incident response, and ensuring secure handling of classified and sensitive information.
• - Helping to implement and maintain access controls, protective measures for facilities, and conducting physical risk assessments.
• - Managing documentation, keeping security records, and aiding in audits and inspections.
