Role: SAP MM Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Type: Contract Role

Job Responsibilities:

The SAP Solution Architect will be responsible for the end-to-end business processes definition, implementation, and configuration of Source to Settle processes in ECC and S4 environment and associated tools for successful implementation of a Business/Digital Transformation Project. The consultant will analyze complex business problems and help define the solution within Procurement integrating with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance. Identify gaps and provide technical

expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Analyze and improve existing design and define new designs; plan and execute unit and cycle testing in a cross-functional environment. Support business end users during integration and user acceptance testing to meet business requirements.

Participate and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Other Job Responsibilities:

· Solid hands-on experience in Source to Settle (S2S) processes, e.g., Material Requirement Planning, RFQ, forecasting, PO Management, Consignment, Sub-contracting and Supplier Collaboration, Capacity planning and Constraints, Inbound logistics, Costing and Supplier invoicing.

· Strong experience in S4 Supply Chain Execution capabilities and SAP ECC MM/PP and RICEFWs with cross functional workstream impact analysis.

· Solid hands-on experience in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management.

· Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement

· Partners closely with business, systems analysts, development, architecture and project teams to facilitate optimal solution design and delivery

· Translate the end-to-end process into solutions designs, oversee the translation of business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix

· Identify and manage functionality and Application issues, risks, and scope creep

· Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:

o Requirements (Validation and Alignment)

o Design (Blueprint and Spec)

o Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)

o Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)

o Training/Documentation

o Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)

o Run (Post-mortem, Hypercare)

· Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

· Provide end user support during hyper care

· Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team and developers

Minimum Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required

· 10+ years overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP)

· Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms

· Have worked in multiple end-to-end implementation projects, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion

· Experience with Supplier Collaboration tools such as SAP Ariba or One Network or Coupa is preferred.

· Strong problem solving, analytical/critical thinking, oral/written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work independently or with limited direction.
