Key Responsibilities for Managers / Assistant Managers:
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of stylists and salon staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Client Experience: Ensure every client has a high-quality experience, from their initial consultation to the final service, maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the salon.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in and facilitate ongoing training for the team to ensure everyone is up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry standards.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the salon owner to implement strategies for growth, both for the business and the individual team members, ensuring everyone achieves their personal and professional goals.
• Periodically perform salon cleaning duties
Qualifications:
• Valid Cosmetology license is required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage salon operations effectively, including scheduling, inventory, and cash management.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry, staying current with trends and best practices.
• Building salon reputation through online platforms is preferred.
Compensation:
• Salon Assistant Managers earn 48% of services with a guaranteed $600 weekly, whichever is higher.
• Additional salary of tips and retail commissions.
• Ongoing training and support to ensure your personal and professional growth.
About Shave LLC /DBA F/S Cut &Color:
• Shave LLC owns 7 F/S Cut & Color salons in the Nashville, TN area.
• We believe that we need to provide each Stylist with Tools, Education and Coaching for the business to succeed!
• One owner is a licensed Stylist for over 30 years!
• Both owners are actively involved in the business.
• We will work with you to commission within 90 days!
