Role Overview:

As a Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. You will provide support to our stylists, estheticians, nail techs and assist with client service, while maintaining a clean and organized salon environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for the beauty industry, and enjoy working in a dynamic and friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
• Assist our team with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and applying treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sanitizing tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a beauty salon or similar environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of salon equipment and products is desirable.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
