Job Description

Salesforce Admin/Developer

Rapidly growing Fintech startup looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce environment, ensuring its configuration, workflows, and data management align seamlessly with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and processes to enhance system efficiency and user adoption.
  • Develop and deploy custom objects, fields, dynamic page layouts, and other customizations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Analyze internal user needs, identify issues, research solutions, and implement enhancements.
  • Oversee the management of high-volume records while ensuring data integrity, quality, and security.
  • Ensure that all system and business changes are implemented in alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates, industry best practices, and new features to continuously optimize system performance.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for system integrations and customizations.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on system performance and usage to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer..
  • Proven expertise in integrating complex business systems and implementing object-oriented design patterns.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, leveraging its standard customization and automation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, data management, and reporting.
  • Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce to HubSpot integration.
  • Familiarity with data management and BI tools integrated with Salesforce (e.g., Tableau).
