Job Description
- Create and manage changes to the system without interruption to the user
- Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, permission groups, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- CRUD management & maintenance of user & system licenses
- Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system
- Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
- Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
- Document company processes and workflows
- Develop process documentation and field maps
- Create new processes and associated reporting
- Import data as appropriate
- Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
- Monitor, maintain & improve data quality
- Create & maintain dashboards
- Create & maintain reports including folder maintenance
Mandatory skills: - Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
