We are seeking a forward-thinking Salesforce Administrator to join our IT Enterprise Business Application team. This team member will ensure adherence to IT standards, handle user and security management, gather requirements, provide training, debug issues, and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is committed to using Salesforce best practices for our ecosystem.

  • Working with Business partners to document and convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Contribute to application design and development, focusing on Salesforce configuration and implementing Salesforce best practices.
  • Experience designing, managing, and debugging custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, understanding visual force pages, reading Apex classes, and implementing complex business logic through declarative tools.
  • Ability to provide temporary workarounds and long-term solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance case management, projects, and team process improvements.
  • Support Salesforce and integrated applications (installations, upgrades, and issue resolution).
  • Performing regular system audits and preparing for Salesforce releases
  • Monitoring system performance
  • Learn new tools that are part of the ecosystem (CPQ, 6 Sense, D&B Optimizer etc.).
  • Exercise independent judgment and prioritization of projects and day-to-day activities.
  • Experience training and documentation for system configurations and procedure and end user training.
  • Change management, manage the change control process, including sandbox management, deployment planning and rolling out features with minimal impact to production.
  • Understanding Salesforce integrations, such as connecting Salesforce with other business systems using APIs or middleware.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Take ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of support and configuration experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ (Financial Force PSA a plus).
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Product owner and/or Scrum certification.
  • Experience with data integration and Salesforce packages (managed and unmanaged).
  • Applying best business practices for Salesforce configuration changes.
  • Knowledge of IT tech stack tools: Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Draw IO, Workbench, Developer Console, Data Loader, Inspector and MSO365 tools.
  • Hands-on experience in administration setup, including managing users, security controls, data, and creating roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Ability to independently debug issues and solve cases.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology. 
  • Experience with CICD tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
