Job Description

Responsibilities:

Join the # 1 beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Fireball, Buzzballs, and many more!

 
• Schedule: Full Time - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday
• Shifts: Start times as early as 6am
Monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Must utilize personal vehicle to support sales at local bars & restaurants in San Bernardino and Riverside County

Position Responsibilities: 
• As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• You will direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelfing position, and pricing
• You will assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 + years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
