are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Craft Alcohol Sales
Representative.
Position Overview:
As a Craft Alcohol Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our
range of craft alcohol products to a variety of customers, including bars, restaurants, liquor
stores, and other retail establishments. You will play a key role in building and maintaining
relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within
your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
•  Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market
share for our craft alcohol products.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including bars, restaurants,
liquor stores, and other retail establishments.
•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential
customers.
•  Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate customers and drive sales.
•  Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to
support sales efforts.
•  Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
and professionally.
•  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to
identify opportunities for growth.
•  Keep management informed of sales performance and market dynamics.

•  Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to
promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:
•  Must have experience with alcohol sales, specifically selling to either on-premise (bars,
restaurants) or off-premise (liquor stores, retail) accounts.
•  Proven track record of success in sales within the alcoholic beverage industry.
•  Knowledge and passion for craft alcohol products, including beer, wine, and spirits.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with customers.
•  Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
•  Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
