Title : Sales Representative

This is a commission-only position intended for a performance-driven salesperson with a strong hunter mindset.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (construction, real estate, or services preferred)
- Comfortable operating without a base salary
- Strong self-discipline, follow-up skills, and closing ability
- Full-time availability
Compensation Structure
- 10% commission on all new client deals
- 5% commission on repeat client jobs
- No base salary
- No cap on earnings
Role Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial and residential business
- Prospect property managers, real estate investors, HOAs, and homeowners
- Conduct site visits, qualify opportunities, and close contracts
- Maintain client relationships to support repeat business
- Coordinate with ownership on pricing and project scope
