• Assist new car sales associate with customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business by email and phone.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Aide the sales associate in finding specific vehicles, responding to customers, and conducting the sales process.
