YOU are an important part of creating such a full life! Carriage Inn Huntsville is seeking a full-time Sales Counselor to continue our story of compassionately caring for our residents. As a Sales Counselor, you will be assisting the Sales & Marketing Director with pre-and post-move in planning and execution of new resident assimilation. Benefits:

Shifts:
  • 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • Holiday shifts on rotation
Responsibilities:
  • Assist family and resident with all Move-in logistics (except care issues).
  • Ensure staff are aware of new residents - Notify Nurses and Caregivers.
  • Provide "Hand Holding" for Resident/Family as required.
  • Provide Resident/Family a brief orientation to the apartment and surroundings.
  • Assist Executive Director, with marketing materials, tours, event planning, calls to prospective residents and meeting sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience assisting with the marketing/sales process, preferably in a senior living or multi-family environment.
  • Proficient communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the telephone.
  • Experience with Enquire or other client management system highly preferred.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to speak, read & write English.
  • Must be willing to undergo a routine background check including physical and drug screen.
