Experienced Auto Sales Consultant Wanted!
Are you a results-driven auto sales consultant with a proven track record in used vehicle sales? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and love helping customers find their perfect car? Our busy STW (South Tacoma Way) dealership is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our growing team!
We offer a highly competitive pay plan with excellent earning potential, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes partial employer paid health, employee paid dental, disability and other insurances as well as paid time off. You'll work with a fantastic inventory of quality used vehicles and have the support of a great management team.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto sales, specifically with used vehicles.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
