What We're Looking For - Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto sales, specifically with used vehicles.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
