Responsibilities
  • Be an advocate guide to our Customers in their purchase journey
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Toyota products
  • Utilize company-provided iPad based technology to manage Customer leads and communication
  • Provide professional proposals that address the Customer’s specific wants & needs
  • Build your own “business within our business”. Our most successful associates are focused on earning repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
  • Positive, proactive work ethic and a strong desire for success
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to organize your time for success
  • Ability to maintain a cool head in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work an assigned five day a week shift (we’re open Monday through Saturday, 8am until 7pm)
