Volkswagen of Duluth is introducing an entry-level Sales Assistant position. No sales experience required! All that is needed is an eagerness to learn combined with a high level of positive energy and the ambition for personal and professional growth! This is a non-commissioned, salary position, with a 4-day work week option! You will have as much opportunity for advancement as you'd like to strive for.
As a Volkswagen of Duluth Automotive Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the Sales Staff to ensure our customers have a high-quality vehicle purchasing experience from the moment they come to us until the moment they drive away.
This position is customer-focused and team-based. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with our customers is essential. Developing working relationships with co-workers is also an essential part of ensuring our collective success.
The Sales Assistant position will be primarily responsible to:
- Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership.
- Answer incoming sales phone calls.
- Scan and make copies of customer information as needed.
- Manage incoming appointments.
- Be proficient with product knowledge and certification.
- Assist Sales and Finance Managers in completing transactions.
- Give excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ownership period, and beyond.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass an MVR check
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays, late shifts and over 40 hours per week
