Full-Time Russian Speaking Nanny Needed – $62,400 Annual Salary

A warm and caring family is seeking a Russian speaking nanny (live-in or live-out) to care primarily for their 1-year-old baby and occasionally assist with their 5-year-old child. The ideal candidate is experienced, compassionate, and comfortable working alongside the mother. This role includes light household duties related to the children and offers a long-term opportunity to become a valued part of the family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for the 1-year-old, focusing on their development and well-being.
• Assist with the 5-year-old as needed, engaging in age-appropriate activities.
• Perform light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying play areas, preparing meals/snacks, and organizing their belongings.
• Collaborate closely with the mother to ensure seamless daily routines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian 
• Prior professional childcare experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be an excellent driver.
• Ability to provide 3-5 professional references.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $62,400 annually ($30 per hour), guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some weeks Monday – Friday).
• Benefits:

Live-In Accommodations:

• Private lower level of the home with a separate entrance, private bedroom, and bathroom.
