Job Details:
- Sweetwater Property Management is looking for a fun, knowledgeable, reliable, dependable maintenance technician to join our team! Sweetwater Property Management offers medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and more.
- We are looking for a leader and motivator in our Maintenance Technician with at least three years of proven experience as a maintenance member in the apartment industry. The ideal candidate will possess a welcoming smile, extensive knowledge of the profession and industry, have the attitude of a team player and leader.

- Maintenance responsibilities include maintaining positive resident relations, apartment make ready, groundskeeping, amenities and property upkeep, responding to work orders within 24-hours, after hours emergency call, bending/ lifting/standing and other physical movement, work creatively and positively with all team members onsite/off site, vendors, ownership, etc., use of personal vehicle. HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance required.
- Requirements includes high school diploma or equivalent required, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, at least three years of experience as a maintenance technician/supervisor in multi-family/apartment community, tools relevant for the position. EPA certified, CPO certified.
