Local Pay Range: $65 – $68/hr ($2,600 – $2,720/week)
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking RN Nursing Supervisor for an exciting job in Nantucket, MA.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily home health and hospice operations, ensuring clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
Maintain effective communication with physicians, referral sources, and discharge planners to support seamless transitions of care.
Serve as liaison with provider offices and post-acute facilities to coordinate services for discharged patients.
Collaborate with HR on recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and staffing coverage needs.
Support staff orientation, education, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
Provide mentorship, conduct performance evaluations, and lead interdisciplinary team meetings.
Participate in rotating on-call clinical management and ensure adequate weekend/holiday staffing.
Monitor quality metrics and leverage tools such as SHP and Delta for clinical and operational improvement.
Provide clinical expertise and direct patient care when necessary.
Maintain strict compliance with DPH, CMS, Joint Commission, and agency standards.
Assist with performance improvement plans and corrective action processes.
Participate in community outreach and partnership development initiatives.
Perform additional duties aligned with agency mission and goals.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Current BLS certification
Minimum 5 years of recent clinical experience, including 2+ years in community health (home health preferred)
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Prior experience in customer and community relations preferred
Strong understanding of DPH, CMS, and accreditation standards
