What you'll do:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
Manage pain and symptoms effectively.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support.

Competitive compensation: $88,000 - $92,000 per year + $10,000 sign-on bonus + mileage reimbursement.

What you'll need:

Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
One year of nursing experience.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
