Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled
In-House Drafter with expertise in Revit software, to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation. As our In-House Designer/Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' visions into reality through

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Utilize Revit software to create detailed and accurate floor plans and site plans.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to translate design concepts into actionable plans.
- Ensure that all drawings meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of design concepts and provide valuable insights for project optimization.
- Maintain and update project documentation as necessary throughout the construction process.
Qualifications include, but not limited to: - Proven experience in commercial construction design and drafting.
- Stong understanding of construction documents
- BIM knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Software Requirements:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Trimble RealWorks is a plus!
- Bluebeam Revu
