Wake Hut Sales Associate

We are looking to fill Full and Part-Time positions at the Wake Hut retail store and with the Blackwell Island Marina Gas Dock and Pro Shop. Do you like being on the water, working around boats, and watersports equipment, then this may be the perfect job for you!!!

The role of the Wake Hut Sales Associate at Hagadone Marine Group (HMG) is to carry out the daily operations of the Wake Hut retail store, and Pro Shop. All team members provide exceptional guest experiences while assisting at customers and the HMG Team. Ensuring consistency, safety and accuracy in processes, while maintaining the property are paramount.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identifies the customer needs and fulfills them by helping customers select the best watersports and/or accessory solutions.
• Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and always looks for ways to better serve our customers
• Effectively communicates with customers & Wake Hut team on a timely basis.
• Maintains neat and orderly displays, with accessories and supplies well merchandised to present a professional appearance and increase sales
• Ensures accuracy of inventory, controls shrinkage and obsolescence
• Supports Hagadone Marine Group in the execution of successful boat shows, store and off-site sales/customer events, including accessory sales as appropriate

• Promotes teamwork, and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale.
