Organization: Zarephath Behavioral Health Agency

Location:   Tucson AZ

Overview: Zarephath is a dedicated behavioral health agency specializing in supporting children and families facing behavioral health challenges. Our Respite Program offers essential temporary care within our residential homes and community settings, fostering a supportive environment for children.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Shift Schedule: Friday 3pm to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm, Sunday 8am to 5pm (Overnight Friday and Saturday 10pm- 8am) 
  • Escort children on community-based outings, educational, entertaining, and cultural activities.
  • Safely transport children in agency vehicles.
  • Collaborate with children on treatment plan objectives, psycho-social skills, community and family interactions, and interpersonal development.
  • Provide compassionate care for children aged 5 to 17 in residential settings from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field working with youth and families.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with insurability under agency policy.
  • Two negative skin TB tests or one negative blood TB test.
  • Possession of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and Outlook.

Compensation: $17- $18 hourly
