Position: Reports Analyst

Working hours: A bit more flexible – 9 am - 5 pm EST Mon-Fri, but Sun-Thurs opposite hours might also work.

Holiday/s : US and/or PH holidays

Salary Range: USD 1,000 - 1,500/month

About the role:

Work directly with the Director of Operations to provide various reports and

administrative support. Work can be done off-hours of 9 am-5 pm EST but needs to

have work completed by 9 am EST daily Sunday through Thursday

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive suite of reports on business performance & insights both in retail and partnerships.
• Condense large data sets into clear and concise reports, observations, and recommendations.
• Provide insights in a timely manner to better inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide research and analytical support on additional assigned projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Examples of work to complete on a weekly, biweekly & monthly basis

Weekly (Mon/Tues for previous week)

• Compile reports

  • Weekly Report with sales metrics comparing to LW or LY per location best sellers & low performing SKUs in assortment per location
  • New Customers Report (where the source) per location
  • Session Origin Report (source of session) per location
  • Promotional & discount performance via different channels (online sales, in-store, newsletter)
  • Prepare weekly suggested orders based on the “Never Out Of Stock” List & previous weeks through (by Fri PM for Dundas & Wed PM for Hamilton)
  • Calculate approx payroll from the week prior
  • Weekly Admin as needed
  • Assist with updating products in Cova & Shopify (optimize images before uploading, adding new SKUs, updating prices/sale prices, etc)
  • Assist with entering order POs & uploading to Cova/Shopify

Bi-Weekly

• Monitor Innovation/new SKUs performance in assortment (sell through within a
• week-two weeks = good seller)
• Cross-reference IRCC/Canna Collective Brand Offers to load in promotional
• stock (can help in choosing promotional SKUs for next month)
• Compile Bi-Weekly Data Reports for partner brands

Monthly

• Compile suggested delisting SKUs based on low velocity (no sales in 30-60 days)

• Create monthly accessory report per location

• with suggested reorders per location via multiple vendors

• Assist in quarterly reconciliation reporting for finance

Requirements

• Well-versed in compiling data from multiple sources to reflect in-store and online channel results
• Comfortable with adapting to multiple systems to gather and compile data

• Google Analytics/G4 (Traffic Data) - REQUIRED
• Shopify (inventory, Reporting/Sales Data, Promotional) - REQUIRED
• Cova (Inventory, Reporting/Sales Data) - PREFERRED ONLY
• Headset (Sales Data) - PREFERRED ONLY
• Push (Sales/Labour Reporting) - PREFERRED ONLY
• Klaviyo (Newsletter Data/Sales & Traffic Reporting) - PREFERRED ONLY
• Slack (Communications) - PREFERRED ONLY
• Google Suite (Numbers/Excel for reporting purposes, Slides for presentations) - PREFERRED ONLY
