The ideal candidate will excel in working with property owners to find tenants and determine their needs, wants, and economic feasibility. The Leasing Partner will market properties using social media and websites and set up showings and open houses. We invest in your continuing education and strengths to help you succeed. A Georgia Real Estate License is required. You will have the ability to work sales leads as well as leasing leads. Responsibilities: • Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Express an enthusiastic, positive winning attitude with clients and colleagues • Understand we are selling service, not real estate, and solving the client's needs is our job Qualifications: • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Proven track of successful sales record • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is Required About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
