Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team on a remote, work from home basis. This is a full-time position with part-time hours (20-25 hours/week) and is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the tech industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general support to our team and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. This is an entry level position, ideal for someone who is looking to break into the industry or gain experience in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports for various projects
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other documents
- Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
