**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in administrative tasks, and capable of working independently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and supporting the team in achieving our mission.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Maintain and update our database and contact lists.
- Provide support in project management and track progress.
- Assist with social media management and content creation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
