Within the Smartsheet Professional Services (“PS”) organization, we are looking for an experienced Principal Solutions Consultant (“PSC” or “Principal”), leveraging best-in-class Smartsheet expertise to develop and deploy enterprise technology solutions utilizing the Smartsheet platform. This role offers strategic problem-solving, technical leadership, coaching, and deployment support for both new and existing service offerings. The PSC possesses strong business acumen and the ability to understand our customer’s business goals and value drivers, while establishing the right solutions to drive critical business outcomes. As a SME, you will collaborate closely with executive-level stakeholders to align Smartsheet’s capabilities with their business objectives and value drivers while establishing solutions to drive critical business outcomes. The Smartsheet PSC is an experienced subject matter expert focused on the development and delivery of value-added integration and consultative services in the area of enterprise solutions, designing, deploying, and integrating various product sets. You will provide thought leadership and best practices while promoting the use of Smartsheet technology to drive customer success and the development and growth into new domains, working closely with internal services engineering, product, and marketing teams.
As part of this organization, you will support three main categories of effort centered around driving value to the greater Professional Services ecosystem and initiatives: Strategic Innovation, Customer Opportunity Support, and Delivery Excellence. Within this scope, you will lead and enable delivery of new services and capabilities across the PS delivery team while helping to develop new IP to support our customer’s technology journey and new business opportunities or emerging areas. The position requires individuals who have a proven track record of finding creative ways of solving complex and unique problems. You are an out-of-the-box thinker and dynamic storyteller that can drive customer success, and build lasting relationships. This individual will be responsible for working with the most complex, high visibility accounts.
You will report to the Regional Director of Consulting – East . This is a remote-eligible position, and you may work remotely from anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone where Smartsheet is registered.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
US Base Salary Pay Range$145,000—$190,000 USD
