Summary

The Payroll Associate is responsible for day-to-day payroll operations. This position focuses on accurate data entry, record maintenance, and payroll processing tasks while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations. The role provides an excellent foundation for building a career in payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data for employees

• Help maintain accurate employee records

• Verify and reconcile employee data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions

• Perform payroll tax calculations and filings

• Provide support to employees with payroll-related questions and issues

• Help maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a payroll role

• Knowledge of Latvian payroll

• Basic computer skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Fluent in English and Latvian
