Job Description

My Wireless Corner in Miami, FL is looking for one remote live chat clerk (entry level) to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Clerk. As a Live Chat Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This is an entry-level position, and military candidates are encouraged to apply. We are located on 3164 Nw 72nd Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize knowledge base and resources to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborate with remote teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets
  • Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and customer information

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of military experience in customer service, administration, or IT (or equivalent civilian experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
