Location: Meadow Vista, CA (Remote)
Position Type:  Part-Time/Full-Time

We are a family-run, independent insurance agency, committed to the success of every one of our agents. We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced Insurance Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is licensed in Life and Health insurance, or is eager to obtain their license with our support.

• A highly motivated individual with a proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing team and has a desire for long-term growth with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored insurance solutions to customers based on their needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients either in person or virtually (via Zoom, FaceTime, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and participate in community events like conferences.

Qualifications:

• Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred, but not required; we offer assistance to obtain licensure).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping clients understand their insurance options and providing exceptional service.
