Responsibilities
Manage reservations, handle inquiries, make bookings, and confirm room availability.
Interact with clients via phone, email, and in person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
Qualifications
