We are looking for dedicated candidates who can start by December 8th and are eager to grow with us! **Job Specifications:** - **Job Type:** Temp to Hire-Remote - **Location:** Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma - **Pay Rate:** $17-$20/hr **Roles and Responsibilities:** **- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries related to orders, payments, and account services** . - Collaborate with the sales team to accurately process customer orders. - Document all customer interactions and maintain records in relevant databases. - Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. - Participate in special projects and carry out additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong decision-making and organizational abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and confidentiality. - Detail-oriented with excellent telephone skills. **Opportunities:** This role offers significant growth opportunities within the company.
