General Job Tasks:

Family Private Care, LLC seeks RNs/LPNs with compassionate hearts and a deep love of seniors. Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing efficient and effective skilled health services to clients in accordance with physician's orders and client/family input
• Observing, evaluating and documenting the client's physical and emotional condition and response to treatments or medications
• Collaborating with other members of the client care team
• Performing ongoing assessments of the client's needs and their environment
• Identifying changes in client's condition that warrant further attention
• Adhering to all professional standards of the nursing profession and the state of Georgia

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Nurse License in good standing (Georgia or multi-state)
• 2 years clinical experience
• Clean criminal background check
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Excellent bed-side manner
• Home care experience preferred
