Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented RN with a passion for Labor & Delivery? We're hiring for a Registered Nurse to join the night shift team within a newly built Women’s Health Center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in high-acuity maternal health settings and enjoys supporting patients throughout the entire labor and delivery experience.

About the Role

This position is part of a collaborative Maternal Child Health Unit, with a primary focus on Labor & Delivery. You'll work alongside OB physicians and support staff to provide direct patient care through all phases of childbirth, while occasionally supporting the unit’s general maternal and newborn care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Communicate clinical updates effectively with physicians and team members
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to safety protocols
  
   

Schedule & Shift

• Full-time, 2nd/Night Shift
• Rotating weekends (every other weekend)
• Supportive and collaborative team culture
  
   

What You Bring

• RN License (State of Oklahoma, active)
• Minimum: 1 year RN experience (3+ years L&D preferred)
• CPR certification (within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS + NRP (within 1 year of hire)
• Strong communication skills & ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer competency for charting/documentation
  
   

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 60 lbs.)
• Fine motor skills for patient care procedures (IVs, catheters, etc.)
• Vision/hearing adequate to assess patients and respond to alarms
