Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Maternal Care

Duration: 3+ Month Contract (Extendable)

Pay Rate: Travel – $83.84/hour (for 37.5 hours per week)
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Maternal Care provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients in maternal and child health settings. The role involves supporting mothers and infants during pregnancy, delivery, and postnatal care, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in acute care and a strong understanding of maternal and child health practices.
Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care in maternal and child health units.
Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Monitor maternal and infant conditions and report any changes.
Educate and support patients and families on health maintenance and postnatal care.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems.
Comply with all infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in Med-Surg, Maternal and Child Care, Critical Care, or Pediatrics.
Current or recent Maternal Child Home Health experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in fast-paced settings.
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license .
Current BLS certification required.
