Full Job Description:

Comfort Home Health has exciting career opportunities for RNs to specialize in individualized, goal-directed OASIS-E Coding and Review.

Requirements:

• Current state license to practice in Florida with at least two years of experience.
• COQS, HCS-O, or COS-C Certification.
• HCS-D or BCHH-C Home Health Care Coding Certification.
• Strong PC, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Current driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Review clinical information focusing on accurate ICD-10 coding and sequencing related to OASIS-E.
• Utilize the Medicare PDGM billing model and adhere to CMS guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinicians for data integrity clarification and corrections in documentation and patient medical records.
• Complete the final review and lock OASIS.
