Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care

📍 Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865
🕒 Shift: Evening | 5 Shifts per Week | 8-Hour Shifts

Pay Rate:  

$52 - $54/hr FOR LOCAL
$ 60 - $ 62/hr FOR TRAVEL

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care routines.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment for all residents.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
