Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Evanston, IL or New York, NY for a Registered Nurse, Care Navigation. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving Milu's initiatives to identify opportunities to help members get access to high quality healthcare. They will be responsible for reviewing medical charts to identify cost-savings opportunities for members, leveraging data to find high quality treatment options and supporting members throughout their health journey (including answering patient inquiries, making referrals, and conducting follow-up activities).
