Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Evanston, IL or New York, NY for a Registered Nurse, Care Navigation. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving Milu's initiatives to identify opportunities to help members get access to high quality healthcare. They will be responsible for reviewing medical charts to identify cost-savings opportunities for members, leveraging data to find high quality treatment options and supporting members throughout their health journey (including answering patient inquiries, making referrals, and conducting follow-up activities).

Qualifications

• Excel at operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment. You take the ball on tough projects and drive them to completion.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois or New York or eligible for RN licensure in Illinois / New York
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing, or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis codes, and healthcare delivery processes
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, documentation, and internet searches
