Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician
Location: Elizabeth, CO
Type: Contract
Shift: Day, 5x7.5 hrs (07:30–15:30)
Pay Rate: $30–$37/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in Elizabeth, CO .
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 behavioral support for students within the school environment.
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and skill acquisition.
Support classroom staff with behavior management strategies.
Assist in developing a positive, safe, and structured learning environment.
Participate in team meetings and communicate progress effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Active RBT Certification (must be in hand before start).
Minimum 1 year of school-based RBT experience.
Current CPI certification.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and BCBAs.
Strong communication, documentation, and behavior-management skills.
CPR certification.
