Recruiting Coordinator – 12-Month Contract

Location: Bellevue, WA

Employer: System One

System One is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract position based in Bellevue, WA . This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to effectively partner with internal and external clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and interview scheduling via Outlook and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews

  • Communicate with candidates through email, phone, and system-generated messages

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and scheduling issues

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to optimize the candidate experience and improve processes

  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and meals for visiting candidates

  • Process travel and expense reimbursements

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in recruiting platforms

  • Update and manage recruiting reports using ATS tools and Excel

  • Collect and distribute interview feedback and facilitate debrief meetings

  • Prepare interview materials and compile consolidated candidate reports

  • Support other recruiting team initiatives and activities as needed

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and customer service focus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a flexible and adaptive mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence; experience with various ATS platforms preferred

  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Demonstrated trust, integrity, open communication, and a team-oriented attitude
