Job Description

Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced, licensed commercial real estate agent to assist property owners in selling and leasing their office buildings and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, generating leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations. Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth

Qualifications:

Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
Self motivated and self sufficient
Skilled in industry practices and lease language
Proven negotiating and communication skills
