React UI Content Management Software PHP

The candidate must possess the ability to create UI components using HTML CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6).
A strong command of HTML CSS3 and JavaScript is essential.
Furthermore the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in developing web pages/components without relying on Bootstrap or other UI libraries.
Basic knowledge of PHP is also required or should have handson experience working on PHP frameworks like Laravel CakePHP etc.
Familiarity with ReactJS will be considered an additional advantage.
