Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing Quality Analyst to fill this key role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. Ours is a noble mission with a vision and purpose focused on a global scale. This role will include activities supporting capture and execution of contracts for the Iron Dome AUR production as well as subcontracts in support of general operation of the business.

The selected candidate will provide Quality Assurance support to Supply Chain and Production Operations and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products or services before release to customers.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Work directly with Quality Engineers, Supply Chain, and Production Engineering to evaluate and accept product at receipt and approve product prior to delivery to the customer
• Evaluation will include reviewing finished product data to ensure compliance with technical documents, quality standards and applicable government regulations
• Review testing results to determine if product specifications are met
• Recommend non-conformance corrective action where necessary
• Support Quality Engineers with data compilation, metrics reporting and creation of required technical documentation
• Provide limited production line support
• Engage with Quality Engineers, Engineers, Suppliers, and Customers as needed to improve data submittals
• Prepare and maintain acceptance records (Serviceability Tags, DD250, Certificates of Conformance, and shipper paperwork)
• Verify completion and correctness of documents and records prior to submittal for customer review
• Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 years' relative experience
• Meticulous to details of production operations
• Ability to prioritize work and process large amounts of data daily
• Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices
• Analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions from test results
• Ability to work independently or engage with a cross functional team as appropriate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• ASQ Certification (CQT)
• Experience in documentation/records management
• Experience with ERP systems (specifically IFS)
• Experience or knowledge with government related document submissions (Ammo data card, DD250, Etc.)
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in a government contracting environment with DoD and non-DoD customers

Work Location: Camden, AR

Travel: 15% mainly within the United States with some overseas travel.
